Understanding the role of co-pilots in Microsoft 365, Bing, and Copilot Studio, and their conversational AI logic

2. Get started with Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Write, rephrase, synthesize, and create content in Word. Analyze and automate dashboards in Excel. Structure presentations in PowerPoint. Manage your email with Copilot in Outlook.
Workshop 1: creation of a complete deliverable (report + table + presentation) with Copilot.

3. Use Copilot in Teams and Loop to collaborate
Automatic summaries of meetings, creation of Planner tasks and collaborative management.

1. Overview of agents in Copilot Studio
Distinction between Copilot Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio and specialized agents. Presentation of the copilot architecture: interface, topics, connectors, conversational flows.

2. Discover integrated agents: Researcher and Analyst
Researcher: exploration and synthesis of internal and external information. Analyst: interpreting data and generating structured analyses. Direct use in Microsoft 365: contextual research, documentary exploration, automated analyses.
Workshop 4: practical application — use of Researcher and Analyst agents for a concrete case of monitoring and analyzing Excel data.

3. Understanding the logic of intelligent agents
How these agents use the Microsoft Graph context. Current limitations: no customization possible, but seamless integration into the Microsoft 365 suite.

Construction of a conversational flow from A to Z. Use of corporate data (SharePoint, Teams, Excel).
Workshop 6: creation of an HR co-pilot or complete internal support.

6. Connectors and Power Automate
Link with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Forms. Automating tasks via Power Automate.
Workshop 7: co-pilot who sends an automatic email and creates a Planner task.

7. Publication and follow-up of co-pilots
Publishing on Teams, website or external channel. User testing and interaction monitoring.
